

Disable Filter Keys, or switch off Filter Keys, or uncheck Turn on Filter Keys.Click Keyboard (or Make the keyboard easier to use if you’re using Windows 7).Click Ease of Access (or Ease of Access Center).Open the Settings app in your computer (or Control Panel if you’re using Windows 7).If your Samsung keyboard on your laptop stops working, you can try change the keyboard settings in your computer to fix it. If this method works for you, you will be able to use your keyboard now. Often this will be enough to fix the keyboard problem. Since many technical problems can be resolved by restarting, it never hurts to restart your computer/laptop.
